About Sienna Villas

Built in 1999 Sienna Villas is located in an ideally central location in Seminyak Bali. The complex of 5 villas and a luxury apartment is 100 meters from the main road of Seminyak and set on a private gang with a dedicated fully staffed office and reception area. With our prestigious signature 4 bedroom villa Puri Sienna, our four 3 bedroom villas, and the luxury penthouse apartment, Sienna Villas stands apart from their competitors because of its timeless design, luxury surroundings and exemplary guest service. Although being so close to the main street of Seminyak, Sienna Villas maintains and very quiet and serene atmosphere in all of our villas.

Jamie Crow

The insight, creativity and vision of Jamie Crow is what built Sienna Villas into one of the best moderately priced exclusive villas available today in Seminyak Bali. Jamie had a dream twenty years ago which he transformed into reality in creating these five luxury villas and a luxurious apartment for you to enjoy during your Bali experience. Jamie's extensive experience in the hospitality industry for over thirty five years along with his wealth of experience has made Sienna Villas what it is today. Jamies legacy will live on for many many years to come.

Made Ami has been with Sienna Villas since 2000 and knows every little part of the business from managing the staff to keeping everything running smoothly. Her extensive knowledge and experience in villa management is of great value to the business. Sales and Marketing

Our Sales and Marketing department is always there to answer your e-mail enquiries and help you to secure the dates you wish for your Bali holiday. Septiani has been with the team since 2017 and her skills and expertise have become a vital part of the day to day running of the villas so if you have any enquiries or wish to have something special arranged for your stay with us just ask her.

Front Office Reception

Our friendly, English speaking front office team have been with us for many years. One of them is always on hand to assist you with anything you may require. From the moment you check in they are ready to help from arranging a dinner reservation to giving advice on the amazing sights to see in Bali. Frisca and team are more than happy to help with all your needs so just ask for anything you require.

Accounts

Our hard working accounts team keep Sienna Villas running. Our professional accounts team of Tiara and Suwi have many years of experience in running Sienna Villas to make sure everything is taken care of for the continuous operation of the villas. From purchasing all of the goods that we require to keeping our accounts in order, the team work very efficiently to keep Sienna Villas running smoothly.

Kitchen Staff

Our experienced kitchen staff look after your complimentary breakfasts for you in the comfort of your villa. They are always happy to look after any of your needs should you feel the desire to eat in selecting from our wonderful in-house dinner menus. A specialty is the Sienna mixed seafood BBQ, selected fresh seafood,prepared then cooked and served in your villa for you.

Housekeeping

Our friendly housekeeping staff work tirelessly to make sure your villa is perfect for you everyday during your stay with us. The staff attend your villa daily to make your bed, tidy up, replace anything that has been used and keep the villa spotless for you to enjoy your stay. In the evening they attend your villa again to turn down the beds and spray all the rooms so you get a great nights sleep.

Security

Our dedicated security staff are always on hand, 24 hours a day 7 days a week to make sure you are safe and sound during your stay with us. If you need any assistance after hours they will help out with their extensive local knowledge. Visiting guests will be announced on their arrival and if you do not wish to be disturbed they will make sure you are not.

Engineering

Our engineering staff keep the villa running well. Coming into the villa in the morning to keep your pool clean and fresh, making sure your air conditioners are keeping you cool to keeping the lights on at night. If you have a problem with anything in the villa just call and our efficient engineering staff will be right there to fix and maintain everything for you.

Gardening

Tending the extensive tropical gardens here at Sienna Villas is an important job so that you will have beautifully tended gardens and manicured lawns in the villas for your stay with us. Our team of professional gardeners use their skills well to look after the grounds and gardens in the villas to maintain the picturesque look of Sienna Villas.

"The staff were just beautiful, very helpful and serene! Made and Kadek are very special people. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They efficiently organised drivers and restaurant bookings and made recommendations. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was jaw-droppingly luxurious. Very spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The photos on the website do not do the Sienna villas justice. The bedrooms were upstairs and the beds were firm and very comfortable as were all facilities. Bedrooms and bathrooms are fully air-conditioned and there were excellent fans in the living areas. There was a separate downstairs full bathroom too. Living room and kitchen are huge. The pool is just the right size. Breakfast of your choice is cooked by lovely smiling staff each morning in the villa. Sienna is in a great position, behind the Bintang Supermarket close to shopping and a short walk to the beach, yet a lovely, quiet oasis. We will definitely be back. Superb property through and through."
